The Landscape Committee will:

1. Develop and revise as appropriate the landscape plan for the entire property.

2. Purchase plants by reviewing interests of residents and comparing costs at nurseries or allowing residents to purchase plants.

3. Execute or arrange for plantings.

4. Care for the common areas, including:

a. Cut and trim grass
b. Rake leaves
c. Maintain shrubbery and grass as the season demands

The Committee will be available to help residents plan both private and common areas. Residents will care for the three feet closest to the perimeter of their homes.
