The Executive Committee is responsible for enforcement of ElderSpirit Community’s procedures, practices, and policies and Bylaws.

The Executive Committee is composed of the Officers of the Residents Association. The purpose of this Committee is to administer to the organizational needs of the residents of ElderSpirit Community at Trailview. This Committee will plan and manage the monthly Residents Association meeting, as well as carry out the powers and duties of the Officers of the Association as spelled out in the Bylaws.

This Committee will mediate issues of conflict. Residents are encouraged to resolve conflicts that arise by using open-ended communications and group process if possible; but, should this prove to be impossible, then the Executive Committee should implement conflict resolution.
