The Admissions Committee will review the criteria for resident members and the procedure for becoming a resident member of ElderSpirit Community at Trailview as given in the PP&Ps. If they propose changes, they will bring them to the community for approval.

The committee will review the documents related to the process of admission, entitled “process for admission, criteria at the time of moving in, interview protocol, application form, and participation agreement”. Any proposed changes will be brought to the community for approval.

A member of the committee will be designated to receive inquiries from persons who wish to be members of the community. This committee member will communicate with the inquirer and provide whatever information is desired or useful. Inquirers who wish to be on the waiting list to purchase or rent in the community will be asked to come to visit, preferably when they can be observes at the monthly meeting of residents. On the occasion of the visit, an interview ill be conducted by two or three members of the Admissions Committee. After all the requirements of the process for admission are complete, the Admissions Committee will meet to decide about accepting the applicant for the waiting list.
