Apartment in the Common House of ElderSpirit Community at Trailview. The size is 590 square feet, with separate bedroom and bath, and combined kitchen, dining and living room. The apartment opens on the ground level to parking, and to a patio and lawn. Access to the main floor of the common house is by a hall, and elevator or stairs. Rent is $315 per month. Rentals are limited to those who meet government income guidelines; this unit must be rented to one person whose income is no more than $17,150 per year, or to two persons with a maximum income of $19,600.
